Miles Goodrich LCSW
Hi, I’m Miles. I’m a seasoned social worker with over nine years of experience, most of it spent helping individuals and families navigate some of life’s toughest moments—whether that’s depression, anxiety, trauma, suicidal thoughts, or just feeling stuck and overwhelmed. I bring a steady, compassionate presence and a lot of experience to the work we’ll do together. I’ve heard a lot, seen a lot—and truly, nothing is too heavy to bring into the room.
Clients often tell me I’m easy to talk to, hard to offend, and someone they can count on to be in their corner. My approach is strengths-based and client-centered—I’ll help you recognize your resilience and move forward at a pace that works for you. I believe you’re the expert on your own life, and my role is to support your journey with honesty, empathy, and a bit of humor when it helps.
Outside the therapy room, I’m usually camping, swimming, or playing board games with my wife and our four very energetic boys. I love good TV and still dream of traveling to New Zealand to walk through Middle-earth.
I hold a master’s degree in social work from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Therapy is a space for healing, growth, and real connection—and I feel honored to walk alongside clients as they navigate anxiety, depression, OCD, and relationship challenges. I offer therapy for teens, young adults, and adults throughout Utah County, with a collaborative, strengths-based approach that empowers clients to make lasting, meaningful change.
I use evidence-based tools like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify patterns, manage difficult emotions, and develop practical coping strategies. Whether you’re facing overwhelming stress, navigating relationship issues, or working through mental health concerns like OCD or depression, my goal is to help you feel supported and understood.
I earned my undergraduate degree in Family Studies from Brigham Young University and am currently completing my Master of Social Work at Utah Valley University. I’ve worked with individuals in schools, residential treatment, and outpatient settings—and I believe every client deserves a safe, welcoming space to begin their healing journey.
When I’m not in session, you can usually find me playing soccer, pickleball, or spending time with family. Growing up in a small Utah town with three brothers taught me the value of connection, joy, and resilience—qualities I strive to bring into every session.

Therapy is about growth, healing, and breaking free from the patterns that hold us back. I work with individuals struggling with eating disorders, anxiety, and sexual addiction, helping them navigate their challenges with compassion and practical strategies. My approach is collaborative—I believe real change happens when we work together, building understanding and developing the tools needed to create lasting progress. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, empowered, and capable of leading fulfilling lives.
I’ve spent years helping people on their journey toward healing, and my education has been an important part of that foundation. I earned my master’s degree in social work from Brigham Young University, but more than my education, it’s my experience working alongside my clients that has shaped the way I approach therapy. Every person’s story is different, and I’m committed to meeting each client where they are, providing insight, guidance, and encouragement along the way.
Outside of therapy, I try to practice what I encourage in others—finding joy, balance, and meaningful connections. I grew up in the Salt Lake City area before moving to Las Vegas as a teenager, and I’ve always loved adventure and creativity. I enjoy scuba diving, mountain biking, and using my 3D printer to create miniatures for Dungeons & Dragons. Just like in life, I believe therapy is about discovering new possibilities, finding strength in the process, and creating a future that feels fulfilling and true to who you are.
