I believe therapy is about empowering yourself to take the next step forward in your journey towards healing, growth, strength, and connections. I specialize in working with teens, young adults, and adults working through depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, and PTSD.
My approach is empathetic and proactive. I believe in using evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients understand themselves and build skills to develop the life they want.
I earned my undergraduate degree in Social Work from Utah Valley University, and I am currently working on my Masters of Social Work from Utah State University. I have worked with individuals in residential settings working through trauma and addiction, children and teens in the school system, and children in community mental health programs, including those experiencing foster care and adoption. I believe everyone deserves a chance to feel empowered and safe to make meaningful changes for a fulfilling life.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, crafting, or baking. I grew up in Tucson, AZ, before moving to Utah in my late teens. If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that change isn’t easy, and isn’t perfect, but it is always worth it. This sentiment, I believe, can also be found in therapy: not easy, not perfect, but worth it.

I earned my undergraduate degree in Family Studies from Brigham Young University and am currently completing my Master of Social Work at Utah Valley University. I’ve worked with individuals in schools, residential treatment, and outpatient settings—and I believe every client deserves a safe, welcoming space to begin their healing journey.

When I’m not in session, you can usually find me playing soccer, pickleball, or spending time with family. Growing up in a small Utah town with three brothers taught me the value of connection, joy, and resilience—qualities I strive to bring into every session.

Therapy is about growth, healing, and breaking free from the patterns that hold us back. I work with individuals struggling with eating disorders, anxiety, and sexual addiction, helping them navigate their challenges with compassion and practical strategies. My approach is collaborative—I believe real change happens when we work together, building understanding and developing the tools needed to create lasting progress. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, empowered, and capable of leading fulfilling lives.
I’ve spent years helping people on their journey toward healing, and my education has been an important part of that foundation. I earned my master’s degree in social work from Brigham Young University, but more than my education, it’s my experience working alongside my clients that has shaped the way I approach therapy. Every person’s story is different, and I’m committed to meeting each client where they are, providing insight, guidance, and encouragement along the way.
Outside of therapy, I try to practice what I encourage in others—finding joy, balance, and meaningful connections. I grew up in the Salt Lake City area before moving to Las Vegas as a teenager, and I’ve always loved adventure and creativity. I enjoy scuba diving, mountain biking, and using my 3D printer to create miniatures for Dungeons & Dragons. Just like in life, I believe therapy is about discovering new possibilities, finding strength in the process, and creating a future that feels fulfilling and true to who you are.
I am licensed in Utah, Virginia, and Idaho.
